# Porinut je prvi kontejnerski prekooceanski brod bez posade

**Radi se o južnokorejskom kontejnerskom brodu razine 3, što znači da ga se kontrolira s druge lokacije, a na njemu nema ni mornara ni kapetana, piše** [**The Maritime Executive**](https://maritime-executive.com/article/korea-launches-first-containership-built-for-autonomous-operations?ref=morski.hr)**.**

Južna je Koreja ovime postigla ogroman uspjeh i postala prva koja je porinula jedan veliki, prekooceanski kontejnerski brod kojim se upravlja s druge lokacije. Ime broda je "Pos Singapore", a krajem ove godine s njime planiraju demonstrirati prvu dugu međunarodnu plovidbu koristeći sustav autonomnog upravljanja. 

Brod je dugačak 172 metra i registriran u Liberiji, a uskoro počinju prva testiranja novog načina upravljanja u svijetu kontejnerskih brodova. 

Koreanci su za razvoj ove tehnologije potrošili preko 120 milijuna dolara pa se nadaju da će im se investicija i isplatiti.
