# FOTO/VIDEO U Grčkoj gori na tri fronte - Gotovo 30 tisuća ljudi evakuirano je iz svojih domova i hotela

**Vatrogasci su se u nedjelju našli u borbi s požarom koji je gorio na tri aktivne fronte na otoku Rodosu. U Kiotariu i jugozapadu do Gennadija, na jugoistočnoj obali otoka, vatrogasci su stalno na terenu kako bi spriječili prelazak vatre do naselja.**

Gotovo 30.000 ljudi evakuirano je iz svojih domova i hotela nakon što su požari zahvatili velike dijelove otoka Rodosa. Grčka vatrogasna služba se u izjavi za BBC ispričala za "kaos" na otoku.

Na vatrenoj fronti od Apollonasa do Profitis Iliasa vatra se stalno rasplamsava i napori su usmjereni na sprječavanje širenja vatre dalje na sjever i u gustu šumu.

Prioritet države je zaštita ljudskih života, a na otoku su u tijeku evakuacija i spašavanje stanovnika koji su morali napustiti svoje domove. U subotu je sustav hitne pomoći (EKAV) prebacio šest osoba u bolnice, koje su ih odmah primile. Sigurni prostori za privremeni smještaj evakuiranih uspostavljeni su u hotelima, konferencijskim centrima, sportskim objektima, školama i javnim prostorima. Osim toga, ljudi koji se nalaze u tim objektima opskrbljeni su hranom, vodom i stalnim liječničkim nadzorom.

Prema informacijama, hotelski službenici daju sve od sebe kako bi pomogli evakuiranim gostima da dođu u kontakt s turoperatorima. 

Istodobno, suradnja s grčkim Ministarstvom vanjskih poslova i veleposlanstvima u Grčkoj osigurat će žarišnu točku u međunarodnoj zračnoj luci Rodos, kako bi se turisti koji su izgubili ili nisu uzeli putne isprave prije evakuacije mogli bez problema vratiti u svoje zemlje.

Turoperatori su dodatno naredili čarter letove za slijetanje na Rodos bez putnika kako bi pokupili putnike koji žele napustiti otok.

Kada je u pitanju požar u Laermi, vlasti su zanijekale da je to područje "u potpunosti uništeno u požaru", jer su vatrogasci nakon inspekcije potvrdili da je glavni dio sela netaknut, a jedini izgorjeli objekti su jedno ili dva napuštena skladišta izvan sela.

U požaru na Rodosu od jutros djeluje 16 timova na neravnom terenu, 266 vatrogasaca i 49 kamiona s vodom, dok uskoro stiže dodatnih 10 vatrogasnih vozila sa 60 vatrogasaca, koje će se popodne povećati za još 5 kamiona. Iz zraka djeluje 5 helikoptera za gašenje i 10 zrakoplova (potonji uključuju 7 grčkih, 1 hrvatski i 2 turska zrakoplova).

Premijer **Kyriakos Mitsotakis** trenutačno se nalazi u Nacionalnom koordinacijskom centru za operacije i upravljanje krizama civilne zaštite u Ateni, stalno se informira o požaru na Rodosu i o naporima za smještaj posjetitelja otoka koji su evakuirani.

Na ranijem sastanku vodstvo vlade održalo je konferenciju s Južnom Egejskom regijom i predstavnicima agencija.

### Najveća evakuacija ikad

Evakuacija na otoku započela je u subotu navečer. Ovo je najveći požar i evakuacija koju je Grčka ikada vidjela. Prema prvim policijskim izvješćima, gotovo 19.000 ljudi evakuirano je preventivno, od kojih je 16.000 prevezeno kopnom, a 3.000 morem.

Jaki vjetrovi čine da plamen na pojedinim točkama doseže i do 5 metara. Policijska uprava Dodekanskih otoka priopćila je kako su sljedeća sela i gradovi evakuirani iz preventivnih razloga: Kiotari, Gennadi, Pylonas, Laerma, Lardos, Lindos, Kalathos Malona, Asklipio, Pevkos, Massair, Haraki i posjetitelji hotela u tim područjima.

Pojedinci s posebnim potrebama evakuirani su policijskim kombijima, ali većina ih je prevezena turističkim autobusima, plovilima Lučke kapetanije i privatnim brodovima koje je zatražila Lučka uprava.
